Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

To start a return, please email our support team at astroprojector06@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.umber and reason for return.

Damaged or defective items on arrival must be reported within 7 days with photos; we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For exchanges, please place a new order and we will refund your returned item once it is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item passes inspection (normally 5–10 business days after we receive it).

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights, including consumer rights in  the UK.
