Shipping Policy

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery:
- USA: 7–14 business days
- UK: 7–14 business days

Tracking will be provided by email when available. Orders may ship in multiple parcels.

Customs/Duties: For orders shipped outside your country, import duties/taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address issues/failed delivery: If the address is incomplete or incorrect or delivery is refused, reshipment costs may apply.

Lost in transit: If tracking hasn’t updated for 15 or more days (USA/UK), contact us and we’ll investigate and resolve (replacement or refund).
